INDIVIDUALIZED PRIVATE SESSIONS

Individualized sessions just for you!

All sessions will include verbalized anatomical information and guiding imagery. In-person sessions will also include offerings of consensual touch. Pilates reformer, chair, and spine corrector apparatus, as well as props, will be used in person to provide additional support and feedback.

​

In-person sessions are held at my home studio in Bed-Stuy (M-F, cats live here too) and a private space I rent in Boerum Hll (Tu/Sa).

STANDARD ONE-ON-ONE

Is it time for change or growth? Have questions? New to Pilates? Navigating an injury? Preparing for or recovering from surgery? Need accountability? I love working with clients privately and it's the best way for you to get the attention that you deserve.

In-person apparatus include reformer, chair, and spine corrector. Props provided in person include a Bosu, light weights, overball, bumpy ball, yoga blocks, half and regular foam rollers, bolster, strap, magic circle, ankle weights, and therabands. On Zoom, we will work with the props you have. Weekly private clients also receive complimentary access to QBP's extensive online library of group class recordings..

PRE- AND POST-GENDER AFFIRMING SURGERY PILATES

Need support navigating a new or imminently shifting relationship with your bod? Want to strengthen your core and practice balance and moving between lying, sitting, and standing for ease of movement during recovery?

Experiencing chronic pain due to years of binding? This may manifest as shallow breathing, an overall feeling of tension, limited range of motion in the trunk, and/or chronic injuries.

Want to regain mobility and strength after surgery or build up your mobility and strength in preparation?

Basically, let’s figure it out. I gotchu. 
Weekly private clients also receive complimentary access to QBP's extensive online library of group class recordings.

This 1:1 option is provided at a lower cost to support your unique needs during your preparation and recovery. Must be 1-6 months post to attend post-op.

Boerum Hill: Sliding Scale $50-90 ea. per session ($225-425 ea. 5 pack)

ZOOM:

Sliding Scale $35-75 ea. per session ($150-350 ea. 5 pack)

A NOTE ON COST:

Each class has a unique sliding scale. The low end of the sliding scale is intended for those pre/post-op, BIPOC, and those without a financial safety net who couldn't otherwise access Pilates.

The high end is for those who are able to invest such resources into this exchange, supporting QBP and subsidizing classes for those who need to pay less.

Please be honest about what you can afford.
